When Administrators have technical questions

Step 1: Check the Help function on the platform

Here, documentation, user manuals and interactive e-learning courses are available covering most aspects of the Fronter Platform’s operation.

Step 2: Fronter Support Website 

The International Fronter Support website - support.fronter.com - contains up-to-date information and documentation. Here you will be able to check FAQs, as well as log into the Administrator’s Forum. Accredited Fronter Administrators need to register online to receive a username and password. 

Please fill in a support form on support.fronter.com with any queries that you have, and a member of the Fronter Support Team will answer you as soon as possible.

Step 3: Local Fronter Service Desk

Contact your local service team. They will be able to answer any questions regarding:

  • Usage and setup of Fronter
  • Bug reports
  • Change requests
  • Hosting and integration services
