Step 1: Check our website
Check our website, especially the information listed under ‘Product’ in the top menu bar. More information on the tools, user case studies, and editions of our Fronter Magazine can be found here.
Step 2: Ask your school about Parental Log-in
Your school has the option to provide you, as a parent, with a username and password for your child's Fronter installation. Here you can access information about your child's progress at school. You should under no circumstances log into Fronter using your child's username and password.
If you have trouble logging in, please check that you are accessing the right Fronter installation. Your school should provide you with the correct details.
Step 3: Check the 'Help' menu on Fronter
Here you will find interactive e-learning courses to guide you through basic functions and tools on the Fronter Platform. You will also find detailed information on all the tools within Fronter.
Step 4: Contact the school
Contact your child’s school, and ask to speak to the local Fronter Administrator. He/she will be best equipped to answer any questions you might have, or be able to set up a parental log-in account for you.
