Step 3: Check the 'Help' menu on Fronter
Here you will find interactive e-learning courses to guide you through basic functions and tools on the Fronter Platform. You will also find detailed information on all the tools available in Fronter.
Step 4: Trouble logging in?
If you have trouble logging in or have forgotten your password, please contact your school's Fronter Administrator. He/she will be able to help you out ASAP.
Please check that you are accessing the right Fronter installation. If you see "Fronter Intranet & Admin forum" - you are trying to access the wrong building. There is usually a link to Fronter on your school's website. If not, your school should provide you with the correct details.
Step 5: Contact your school
The Fronter Platform at your school or educational institution is monitored and managed by a local administrator. Questions about the platform should be sent to your Fronter administrator who will have the information you need.
