Step 1: Check our website

Check out our website, especially the information listed under ‘Product’ in the top menu bar. More information on the tools, user case studies, and editions of our Fronter Magazine can be found here.

Step 2: Trouble logging in?

If you have trouble logging in or have forgotten your password, please contact your school's Fronter Administrator. He/she will be able to help you out ASAP.

Please check that you are accessing the right Fronter installation. If you see "Fronter Intranet & Admin forum" - you are trying to access the wrong building. There is usually a link to Fronter on your school's website. If not, your school should provide you with the correct details.

Step 3: Check the 'Help' menu on Fronter

Here you will find interactive e-learning courses to guide you through basic functions and tools. You will also find detailed information on all the tools within Fronter.

Step 4: Contact your school's Fronter Administrator

He/she is best equipped to answer any questions you might have. If not, they will know who is best to contact for further information about Fronter or how it is being implemented in your school.
