Roger Larsen, President and CEO

Roger Larsen is one of two Fronter founders, and sits on Fronter’s board of directors. He is a sought after speaker at national and international conferences, and is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur. Since 1995 Roger co-founded three Internet companies, all within the development of various web based applications and services. Roger has a degree in Technology and Management from the University of Tromsø and the University College of Østfold.

Idar Ramberg, Vice President

Idar Ramberg has several years’ experience with sales towards the education market, in addition to 14 years’ experience as a trainer of user applications. He holds a degree from the Teaching College of Tromsø.

Tore Martin Skarpholt, International Sales Director

Tore Martin Skarpholt leads the global sales and marketing efforts to attract, retain and service academic institutions around the globe. He has spent 18 years in the IT business, including time with SAP and Oracle. Most recently, he served as Country Manager for Hyperion in Norway (later acquired by Oracle) and as MD for the Hyperion consulting company, Consolidate. Skarpholt’s specialty is performance management, ERP, CRM and most importantly, sales and sales administration.

Monica Flo, Chief Operations Officer

Monica Flo has international experience from IT, telecommunications and media. She holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from Oslo and Lyon, and a Master of Management degree in Project Management.

Terje Ranhoff, Chief Finance Officer

Terje Ranhoff joined Fronter after working as part of the CFO department in SAS Norway. Terje has had a wide range of experience since completing his MBE, working for PriceWaterhouse Coopers and as a part of the Management program for Scandinavian airlines. He worked in a variety of different locations, including Frankfurt and Stokholm. Terje is based at the Fronter HQ office in Oslo.

Kåre Laukli, Chief Technical Officer

Kåre has been with Fronter since 2000 working with product development, quality assurance and related production processes. He has previous experience from the seismic industry, and holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Tromsø.
