Creating Department Menu Pages - Secondary
When students navigate our VLE we want it to be simple and intuitive. Starting out with a good menu and resource structure from the start has really helped us to create a system that students don't need help to navigate. Simply saying, "Find the KS4 section of the ICT department area" is enough. Project outlines, worksheets and links to external resources are all then easily accessible. What teachers want is a resource that students browse and use as easily as any of the many websites they use, hopefully we are achieving this.
