Page tool update

You have suggested improvements to one of the tools that you use the most. We have listened and made some changes to the Page tool.

We have made it easier to add an internal link with direct file upload, which means that you do not have to upload the document to a Fronter folder before linking to it. Some of you have said that the new design uses a bit more screen estate, so we have put in a smartboard friendly full screen mode in addition to the minimise left menu option launched in December. We have made it easier to link to or embed content from YouTube, redesigned the Vote, added a new mini menu for quick navigation and finally, you can now add pages as a favourite.
